    • Contract is an Order, proposal, or service agreement confirmed by the Seller.
    • Intellectual Property Rights refers to all intangible rights such as know-how, copyright and related rights, database rights, design rights, model rights, patents, trademarks, domain name registrations, workflows, templates, automations, content, and digital assets created or used by Lens Systems.
